Opening ceremony of the project BGENERGY-2.002-0015 and partner forum for knowledge exchange with the partner organization from the Kingdom of Norway
On 11.09.2023 at 13:30 a Site Opening Ceremony will be held for the project BGENERGY-2.002-0015 "Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures to Achieve Near Zero Energy Building Conditions" for the Administrative Building "Municipal Administration", r. 107 of the village Master Plan. 44402.500.331 according to the Land Code of the village. Banite, Banite Municipality, Smolyan Region, financed under the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Energy Security Programme BGENERGY-2.002 - "Energy Efficiency in Buildings". Mr. Henrik Ofteland, representative of the Norwegian partner Executive Decision Support AS (EDS), and Mr. Krunoslav Bičanić, representative of M-M Elektro, participated in the ribbon cutting together with the Mayor Mr. Belchev as a sign of their cordial relations and established partnership ties. After the ribbon cutting, representatives of the public, the municipality team and the construction company took part in the first day of the two-day forum to exchange experiences with the partner's representatives.
During the second day of the forum (12.09.2023), held behind closed doors, representatives of the Municipality's team and experts from the partner from the Kingdom of Norway covered a wide range of technical topics related to both energy efficiency and sustainable alternatives to fossil fuels in the energy market mix. The event concluded with a joint declaration of the partners' mutual desire to maintain the fruitful cooperation in future project opportunities and to build on the expertise already established.
